Communication is key. We make sure all parties know what is going on at all times – no surprises, and everyone works as a team to get your job done right and on time.
We manage the entire process, orchestrating all of the contractors, suppliers and insurance company, mortgage company – everyone involved.
We give you ONE job manager from the first inspection of damage to the walk-through after completion. This job manager “owns” that job and the buck stops with him:
- Inspect the damage.
- Write the repair estimate.
- Communicate with the adjuster and homeowner.
- Review the repair estimate with you to insure that you understand what work is included (and what is not), as well as insure that any items have not been missed.
- Explain the insurance repair process, including any paperwork needed.
- Help you make product and color selections.
- Ordering and coordinating delivery of materials
- Scheduling and on-site supervision of workers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate inspections if required by the mortgage company.
- Walk through inspection with you when the work is completed.
